We are looking for a full time Architectural Drafter. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field. 2 years of experience in architecture, architectural drafting, or similar. Salary: $46,176 /year.

Job Description:

 preparing technical drawings to be used in plans for commercial and residential construction. responsibilities:

• Produce complete 2D drawing packages for submission to municipal planning departments.

• Produce complete and accurate 3D renderings of project sites, exterior and interior building

elevations, landscape designs, etc.

• Produce digital and print marketing materials using 3D renderings, photographs, etc.

• Participating in project team coordination meetings

• Use computer-aided design and related drafting software to prepare drawings.

• Create and store drawings electronically.

Proficiency using the following software is required:

• AUTODESK AUTOCAD

• AUTODESK REVIT ARCHITECTURE

• AUTODESK 3DS MAX

• ARTLANTIS

• ARCHICAD

• ADOBE PHOTOSHOP

• SKETCHUP PRO

• MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT
